Dish pit attendant wanted in Nassarawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Nassarawa, Kano State. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
