Urgent requirement: furniture maker (New Mexico)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Sierra County, New Mexico. You will work on a busy construction site. You will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
