We are recruiting: we are hiring a decorator in Jasper County, South Carolina. The job is on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
