Immediate opening: we are hiring a garment presser in Liberty County, Florida. The job is in a tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 6+ years on the tools preferred.
