We are recruiting: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Gboko, Benue State. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
