We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Perry County, Indiana. The role involves bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
