CNC machine operator • Columbia County, Wisconsin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Columbia County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine 5+ years on the tools preferred.
