Back-of-house cleaner • Batagarawa, Katsina State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Batagarawa, Katsina State. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Rotating shifts.
