Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. The role involves: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
