Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Clinch County, Georgia. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T The role involves apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
