Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Fairfield County, South Carolina. You will work at an auto components factory. The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
