Vacancy available: concrete placer (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Issaquena County, Mississippi. The job is at an infrastructure site. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Your main tasks: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
