Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
