Head butcher wanted in Richland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Richland County, Ohio. The job is in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
