Press setter operator — Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Clark County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
