Sheet metal press operator — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Franklin County, Indiana. You will work at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
