Immediate opening: tube and fitting scaffolder (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Franklin County, Alabama. You will work at a high-rise building site. On a typical shift you will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
