Kitchen steward — Isabella County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Isabella County, Michigan. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
