Urgent requirement: semi-automatic welder (Edo)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Ovia South-West, Edo. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test 5+ years on the tools preferred.
