Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in San Diego County, California. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. The role involves: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
