Maintenance painter wanted in Allen County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Allen County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. On the job you will handle: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Rotating shifts.
