Immediate opening: tile fixer (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile fixer in East Ayrshire, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage 1+ years on the tools preferred.
