You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
