Great opportunity: canteen cook (Missouri)

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Macon County, Missouri. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
