Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Pike County, Indiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
