Renovation plasterer — City of Chesapeake

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in City of Chesapeake, Virginia. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. You will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
