Vacancy available: framing carpenter (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a framing carpenter in South Gloucestershire, England. On a typical shift you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
