Grill cook wanted in Northumberland County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
