Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Logan County, West Virginia. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
