Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion The role involves check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
