Powder coater wanted in City of Winchester

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in City of Winchester, Virginia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
