We are recruiting: stainless steel welder (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Benton County, Mississippi. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
