Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Hall County, Nebraska. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator Full-time, day shift.
