Plasterer — Alleghany County

Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer in Alleghany County, Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets On the job you will handle: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings Full-time, day shift.
