Pipe TIG welder — Ohio County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Ohio County, West Virginia. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
