Auto painter wanted in Waldo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto painter in Waldo County, Maine. On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
