Gas commissioning technician — Mohave County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Mohave County, Arizona. The job is in a gas distribution network. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious On the job you will handle: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Full-time, day shift.
