Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Callaway County, Missouri. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 6+ years on the tools preferred.
