Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Okigwe, Imo State. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day to day you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
