Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto diagnostics technician in Clay County, North Carolina. The job is at a roadside auto repair shop. The role involves: • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints Requirements: • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems 6+ years on the tools preferred.
