Bar waiter • Hughes County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Hughes County, Oklahoma. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time with occasional weekends.
