Restoration bricklayer — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Warren County, Indiana. You will be based on a commercial construction site. Day to day you will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Full-time with occasional weekends.
