Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Warren County, New York. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Meals and transport allowance provided.
