Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Conwy, Wales. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
