Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Charleston County, South Carolina. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Rotating shifts.
