Power float operator • Arapahoe County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Arapahoe County, Colorado. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Day-to-day duties: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
