Thermal insulation technician — Wadena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Wadena County, Minnesota. You will be based on a high-rise façade. You will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
