Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar installer in Pierce County, Washington. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience.
