Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Charles Mix County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead.
