Falsework carpenter wanted in North Somerset

Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in North Somerset, England. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £1,950 per month, based on your experience.
